Where is my order?

Check your email inbox for the shipping confirmation email. You will be able to track your package in this email. It may take 2-3 days for updated tracking information to appear. If for some reason the tracking still does not work after a few days, please reach out to our support team at support@simplyinked.com and they will help you find your package.

How long does shipping usually take?

All packages are shipped from Oklahoma, and delivery times will vary based on your proximity to the city. Typical shipping windows are:

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days*

Expedited shipping: 2-4 business days*

International shipping: 7-25 business days**

*Please note that this does not include the normal 24-48 hours of warehouse processing time.

** Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance from both the United States and the destination country.

Heads up: Your package status may not update until after 2-3 days via the tracking link we sent you. Don’t worry—it’s totally normal for your package tracking to stay the same for a few days. Also, packages only go out for shipping Monday through Friday.

When will my order ship?

We know our Simply Inked costumers are eager to get their ink, so we try to send out our packages as soon as possible. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping time for DHL/USPS is 3-5 business days domestically, and 7-12 business days internationally. Please note, this does not include the warehouse processing times mentioned above.

Can I remove my tattoo early?

Yes! The easiest way to remove it is to use rubbing alcohol with the supervision of an adult.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet. If the order has already been shipped, then we are unable to cancel it. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to our support team and they will help you do that.

Are these tattoos safe?

We take pride in our products. Our products are of the highest quality and comply with all U.S. requirements and standards of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the American Society for Safety and Testing Materials (ASTM). Products also exceed all Canadian & European standards for cosmetic products. In addition to the extensive testing conducted on our products, we are cGMP & RCP (Social) certified.

All of the tattoos we manufacture are made in the United States with ingredients that have been approved by the FDA. While the FDA does not specifically certify temporary tattoos, it does certify the safety of the ingredients used to make them. All of our ingredients meet or exceed these safety standards. Many of our competitors do not meet these standards and their tattoos could be toxic to the skin.

Can I customize a tattoo design?

What is the return policy?

You can return any tattoos within 30 days of purchasing if they have not been used yet and are still in their original packaging. Our support team will help you with the return process.

How do I use a coupon code?

It’s really easy! When you’re checking out, there will be a tab at the top that says “Show order summary.” Once you open that, you’ll see a coupon code box. Type in your code and click “apply” and the discount will automatically be applied toward the order total.
