All packages are shipped out of Oklahoma, USA. 

What is the shipping cost?

Simply Inked orders have a minimum shipping cost of $3.87 for domestic orders and a minimum cost of $6.99 for international orders.
*All domestic orders over $20 qualify for free shipping and all international orders over $35 qualify for free shipping

What is the average shipping time?

All our orders get fulfilled within 48 hours from the moment the orders get placed [*excluding holidays].

The average domestic shipping time is between 3 - 5 business days. 

International orders shipping time average is 7-21 business days. Please note that shipping time varies depending on the country of destination and its local postal system. All international orders will receive a tracking number reporting all transit events from the moment tracking is issued until the packages have been received by the local postal service of the country of destination, at this point tracking will be marked as completed/delivered and any further liaison will have to be made with the local postal service.

How can I resolve an issue with my address?

Please note our order fulfillment time is 48 hours, passed this point is very likely that your order will be on the way to the address on file.
