U.S.A Shipping

Please be aware shipping times may vary. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Priority Shipping options. Order Processing Time: 1-4 Business Days Economy Shipping: 5-8 Business Days Express Shipping: 2-3.

International Shipping

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin the return process, send us an email at [email protected] and let us know that you would like to return the order within 30 days of the original purchase.

Please include your full name, order number and an image of all the tattoos you received in the email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
